Teleconferencing
mVoice's teleconferencing service allows you to conduct teleconferences anytime, day or night, without having to call and make a reservation. Simply use your own online booking interface to set a conference date, register attendees and monitor conference attendance during the conference.
Your attendees don't need to have access to a VoIP phone or even Internet access. All attendees enter the meeting via traditional mVoice In-Dial Numbers, using their standard keypad to enter a PIN code and mute and un-mute their voice.
Fees and charges
When you subscribe to mVoice for a new Teleconferencing account ($19.95 per month) we provide you with a free 1300 number as your exclusive teleconferencing number (excluding inbound call costs).

Number Portability
When you switch to mVoice you can keep your existing phone numbers by porting them from your current service provider using Local Number Portability (LNP).1.
Port your numbers to mVoice if:
- you would like to continue to receive calls on your existing phone number, and would prefer these calls to arrive over your VoIP service;
- you would like to display your current phone number on outbound calls from a mVoice service; or
- mVoice is unable to provide a local Direct-in-dial number for your local area.
Types of port requests
A 'Simple Port' is porting of a single Plain Old Telephone Service (POTS), with all value-added services such as Broadband, Messagebank, Line Hunt and Fax Duet removed from the associated line.
A 'Complex Port' is defined as anything not covered by a simple port, which includes porting of number ranges, ISDN lines (e.g., BRI, Onramp 10/20/30) or a group of lines with Line Hunting.

Tips
If you are buying your phone services from a provider other than Telstra or Optus, then it is likely that your provider is a reseller, and we need their Carrier Account Number to process your request. If this is the case, please call your current provider and ask for their Wholesale Carrier Account Number and Wholesale Name/Carrier.
Things you should know
1) Subject to qualification, not all numbers can be ported to mVoice Pty Ltd 2) Rejection fees apply when you nominate a 'Customer Name', existing 'Carrier' or 'Account No.' that is different from your current carrier and/or other value-added services such as Broadband, Messagebank, Line Hunt, Duet and EFTPOS have not been removed from each number.

IVR technology allows callers to direct call transfers or access data based on voice commands or phone prompts. If implemented correctly the IVR systems can streamline communications and efficiently direct inbound calls saving both the caller's time and reduce double or triple call handling.
mVoice offer 3 default IVR / Auto Attendant settings, each setting varies in complexity, click on 'Show Details' below to view the default settings. If our default settings don't suit your business that's OK we can customise an IVR one to your requirements, hourly rates apply.
